Local artist Paul Stillwell hosted an evening at Monkberrys on 13th April in order to raise funds for the Murry Foundation. He took personal commissions on the night with 50% of the proceeds of those being donated in support of our children's home in Nepal.

Paul followed up the evening at Monkberrys by donating his painting of the orphan gorillas Ndeze and Ndakasi for auction at the gorilla gala hosted by G4G on 8th May. The painting went for £700, with the proceeds going to the Senkwekwe Centre in the DR Congo.
Paul was born in Luton but currently resides in Poole. After the sudden passing away of his mother in 2006, Paul began painting as a thereputic hobby to help him deal with the loss. He discovered a talent that he didn't know he had and within 2 years his paintings are now in the homes of singer Cheryl Cole and actor Roger Moore and Paul is receiving much praise from many other celebrities for his art. Paul is also a staunch supporter of the Murry Foundation.
